New “Export” feature

We finally added the new “export to CSV” feature that you can use to export Tiledesk’s data.

This feature is very useful if you want to post-process Tiledesk’s data into your favourite business analytics platform.

We focused on the most important sources like FAQs, Contacts and Requests. New data sources are on the road map to provide this super-starred button (i.e all your  conversations’ messages).

In detail we:

  • Added “Export to CSV” to FAQs section
  • Added “Export to CSV” to Contacts section
  • Added “Export to CSV” to Requests History section

Furthermore we powered contacts search with a great fulltext search feature that indexes and searches all conversations’ messages!
